Burgess v. U.S.



Lenity : the touchstone of the rule of lenity is statutory ambiguity (U.S.S.Ct., 16.04.08, Burgess v. U.S., J. Ginsburg, unanimous).

Interprétation la moins défavorable : elle s’applique en cas d’ambiguïté de la loi.
