Recommendation of the
Customs Co-operation Council
The Customs
Co-operation Council adopted a Recommendation that lists recommended amendments
to the Harmonized System nomenclature that will enter into force on January 1st, 2022. The Federal Council Ordinance will be published in summer 2021.
