U.S. Customs and
Border Protection has a responsibility under the Trade Facilitation and Trade
Enforcement Act (TFTEA) entered into force 22 February 2017 to publish fees and
charges other than import and export duties and other than taxes within the
purview of Article III of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT)
1994 imposed by Members on or in connection with the importation or exportation
of goods. The aforementioned information on fees and charges is hereby
published in accordance with Article 1.
