Interest: postjudgment interest: once a judgment is obtained, postjudgment interest is expressly authorized by statute, regardless of the underlying cause of action.  (Code Civ. Proc., § 685.010.); Code of Civil Procedure section 685.010, subdivision (a), provides that “Interest accrues at the rate of 10 percent per annum on the principal amount of a money judgment remaining unsatisfied.” (fn. 10) (Cal. S. Ct., 10.08.09, Imperial v. Hunt, S163577).

Intérêts post-jugement : dès le jugement obtenu, l’allocation d’intérêts post-jugement est expressément autorisée par la loi, quel que soit l’objet du litige. Le Code de procédure civile de Californie prévoit un taux d’intérêt de 10%.
