Interprétation d’une loi fédérale : intention du Congrès : cas de remise en vigueur d’une loi fédérale : lorsqu’il remet en vigueur sans changement une loi fédérale, le Congrès est présumé être conscient de et est présumé adopter l’interprétation judiciaire de la loi.
